Trans-Tasman Fletcher Group, enabling our businesses to make smarter and faster decisions to lead us into a productive future.

Our digital transformation project involves consolidating dozens of disparate systems into a sophisticated, cloud-based, B2B
e-commerce system that leverages the latest data and analytics technologies, including AI. Integrating these platforms will optimise operational efficiency and unlock new opportunities that will give our businesses the future advantage.

“I lead a team of IT architects to identify and implement technology solutions. These solutions range from technology lifecycle events, right through to new business capabilities.

Every business and technology has unique considerations that must be factored in when designing a solution. The breadth of knowledge across the group is incredible, and people are always prepared to get involved and support you when you need it. I love the variety of the job and sharing my skills to help customers.”

“As part of the Portfolio Management team, my job is to synchronise project efforts and resources to ensure strategic planning is aligned. I really enjoy the collaborative and innovative work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact our success. One of my recent projects was a workforce demand planning rollout. With the workforce planning process, we assess staffing demand accurately. I like that it helps improve employee satisfaction and helps provide a more positive work environment.”
